接线端子内部的金属导体是端子的核心零件,它将来自外部电线或电缆的电压,电流或信号传递到与其相配的连接器对应的接触件上。故接触件必须具备优良的结构,稳定可靠的接触保持力和良好的导电性能。由于接触件结构设计不合理,材料选用错误,模具不稳定,加工尺寸超差,表面粗糙,热处理电镀等表面处理工艺不合理,组装不当,贮存使用环境恶劣和操作使用不当,都会在接触件的接触部位和配合部位造成接触不良。
